Provide financial support and analysis to business partners including sales reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting, reconciliations and capital expenditures programs.
Works with operations to develop standard costs and prepares monthly manufacturing variance analysis.
Monitor expense commitments placed through the purchasing systems, analyze expense trends and establish expense accruals where appropriate.
Partners with business unit leaders to implement cost improvement programs.
Prepares relevant account analysis in accordance with G/L responsibility.
Evaluate and enhance the enterprise reporting systems by recommending and implementing changes to back-end processes and/or systems architecture as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree required in Accounting or Finance. CPA, MBA a plus. A minimum of four year's related business experience required.
At least 1 year’s database management and administration experience.
Familiarity with Financial Reporting Requirements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
Able to handle multiple, sometimes conflicting demands concurrently.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with highly developed organization skills.
Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate with senior level management.
Collaborative, flexible, autonomous approach to achieving objectives.
High proficiency in Excel (formulas, macros), PowerPoint, Access a must.

Locations: Heritage Retail Store in Brooklyn, NY Pentagon City Mall in Arlington, VA
Responsibilities:
Managing all aspects of the retail operations in your store by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Recruiting, selecting, coaching and developing the performance of store personnel.
Creating a positive work environment that is professional and encourages team work.
Receiving and merchandising product as set forth by company guidelines.
Providing a high level of customer service.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in retail management, preferably within the Beauty industry.
Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
Strong problem solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
